Currently working as a Customer Care Specialist at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Jonathan has developed strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and customer-centric communication skills. His experience managing team projects has refined his leadership and collaboration, positioning him well for a dynamic career in digital marketing. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys photography—capturing and editing candid moments to tell compelling visual stories.
